The band's 4th (and final) spit in the face of false Metal (originally released back in December of 1996) "The Worst" is a manifest of what Metal should truly represent: ugly, untamed and depraved Satanic noise. 
The Worst is a sharp departure from the chaotic Black/Thrash of their debut I.N.R.I.. It is a calculated, mid-tempo descent into "ugly" death metal with industrial undertones. It intentionally avoids the "polished" feel of 90's Metal to create a sound that is dry, cynical, and relentlessly aggressive.
