RETURNS & EXCHANGES are accepted only for items that arrive defective or physically damaged. Eligible claims must be made within 90 days of delivery.

We DO NOT accept returns because you already own the record, ordered a duplicate, changed your mind, or decided you do not like the album.

Items do not need to remain sealed. There are no restocking fees.

For approved damaged or defective returns within Canada, Night Howl Records covers return postage. Customers outside Canada are responsible for return postage.

Contact us at jason@nighthowlrecords.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and details and photos or a description of the damage or defect so we can arrange a refund or exchange.
