Earth Infernal is a high-velocity, melodic, and socially conscious Heavy Metal record. It trades occult clichés for "real-world horror," focusing on themes of climate change, political decay, and the literal heating of the planet.
Russ Tippins and Steve Ramsey are the stars here. They use a "dry," organic guitar tone that isn't buried in distortion, allowing their intricate, intertwining "twin-lead" harmonies and unison solos to pop.
