SCATTERED REMNANTS (USA) - Destined To Fail (new LP copy; not sealed) (2026 Redefining Darkness Re-issue) on Transparent Blue vinyl - comes in a standard jacket w/double sided insert.
Originally released in 1998 on Repulse Records, "Destined To Fail" is the lone full-length from Massachusetts Death Metal cult SCATTERED REMNANTS - a savage, uncompromising document of underground brutality.
Where many late-'90s Death Metal bands chased technicality, SCATTERED REMNANTS delivered raw aggression and crushing groove: massive riffs, cavernous vocals, and unrelenting rhythmic violence, building on their legendary "Inherent Perversion" EP.
Long regarded by fans and collectors as an overlooked cornerstone of early Brutal Death Metal, the album's influence still echoes in Modern Death Metal today.
Now restored through a complete archival campaign — and available on vinyl for the very first time! "Destined To Fail" returns as one of underground American Death Metal's most punishing and under-appreciated releases. -- Redefining Darkness Records – REDA219LP
