ANTICHRIST DEMONCORE (ACxDC) - G.O.A.T. (sealed LP copy) (2024) Released by Prosthetic Records on Orange w/Black Marble vinyl.
Like all great Powerviolence records, G.O.A.T. is packed to the brim with 70-second barn stormers, each song a breathless whirlwind of sonic punches. With the visceral speed and anger of Powerviolence, ACxDC bring a stomp to their sound, pulling back the speed at times and replacing it with a monolithic hit of concentrated aggression. Primed and focused ACxDC are unrelenting here.
Remaining as vicious as ever, the quartet have only enhanced their ferocity by bringing in heavier and more extreme elements to their sound, creating what will no doubt be seen as the bands best record to date. -- Prosthetic Records – PROS106133
