This young band from the state of Ohio have been killing it lately and their 2021 album is further proof. Instead of the “Old School Death Metal” style, these guys actually play a really Technical and Modern style of Death Metal. 
The entire release can be described as a clusterfuck (in a good way); it all starts with an ambient intro which of course is alien themed. After the introduction, you get blasted in the face by all the instruments at the same time: really fast drumming, blasting guitars, loud bass, and amazing vocals. 
The production style is pretty reminiscent of bands you would hear on “Slam Worldwide” but not as overproduced. All band members are masters of their instruments. The vocals are either really deep and menacing growls or insane screams that sound like the vocalist is getting stabbed. 
There are also moments on the album where the bass gets a space for some nice riffs and leads. The guitar riffs and solos are really fucking technical and cool. Highlights include the guitar playing is almost “Neoclassical” (for example on the song “I Am Where The Foregods Meet”). 
And, finally, the drumming, it’s just as technical and awesome as the other instruments. A lot of relentless blast-beats, tons of hyper fast double-bass, a lot of rhythms in general. It’s just creativity at its finest. A masterpiece of the fermi paradox.  --  Maggot Stomp – MAG62
