THE DARKNESS - Easter Is Cancelled (sealed LP copy) (2019) Released by Cooking Vinyl on 180gram Black gatefold vinyl - comes w/download voucher from CV Downloads & printed insert.
Released in October 2019, "Easter Is Cancelled" is the ambitious 6th full-length studio album by British Hard Rock icons THE DARKNESS.
Conceived as a semi-conceptual rock opera, the album blends the band's signature falsetto vocals, roaring guitar harmonies, and theatrical flair with themes of existential dread, love, and musical redemption.
Featuring standby anthems like "Rock and Roll Deserves To Die," "Heart Explodes," and the blistering title track, "Easter Is Cancelled" showcases the band operating at full creative force—balancing tongue-in-cheek humor with heavy, virtuosic musicianship. -- Cooking Vinyl – COOKLP736
