Released in August 2000, Look What I Almost Stepped In... is the 7th full-length studio album by the Huntington Beach legends THE VANDALS. Coming off the massive success of Hitler Bad, Vandals Good, this record solidified their position as the kings of "goofy" SoCal Skate Punk.
Produced by the band's own guitarist Warren Fitzgerald, the album features the high-speed, technical precision that Nitro Records-era Punk was known for.
Look What I Almost Stepped In... arrived right at the peak of the "Pop-Punk" explosion, but THE VANDALS remained too weird and too fast for the mainstream. It serves as a bridge between the raw 80's Punk roots and the highly produced sound of the early 2000's.
