CREATURES (Brazil) - (Self-Titled) (sealed CD copy) (2021) Released by Iron Oxide Records.

Creatures is the electrifying self-titled debut album from Curitiba, Brazil’s premier heavy metal outfit, originally unleashed in late 2021 via Iron Oxide Records. Channeling the raw, anthemic spirit of 1980s heavy metal and hard rock, the album stands as a fiery love letter to classic NWOBHM, early US power metal, and sleek melodic arena metal.
Formed by multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Mateus Cantaleãno, Creatures delivers an unapologetic assault of twin-guitar harmonies, soaring lead vocals, razor-sharp riffs, and infectious hook-filled choruses. Packed with driving D-beat rhythms and dramatic synth textures, tracks like "Dressed to Die," "Lightning in My Eyes," and "Line on the Line" effortlessly bridge the gap between classic Dokken, Judas Priest, and modern NWOTHM revivalists. High-octane, nostalgic, and brimming with energy, Creatures immediately cemented the band as one of South America's most exciting export forces in modern traditional metal.
For fans of: Dokken, Judas Priest, Enforcer, Skull Fist, Tokyo Blade, and Heavy Load.
